Greater Milwaukee Chapter of APA announces award recipient for 2011
John B. Hiddleson Memorial - Greater Milwaukee Chapter - Special Friend Award

The Greater Milwaukee Chapter is proud to announce "John B. Hiddleson Memorial - Greater Milwaukee Chapter - Special Friend Award" recipient for 2010. This award is given annually to an outstanding government, vendor, or member company relationship. This award is given during our National Payroll Week celebration or when the chapter hosts the statewide conference.

The award for 2010 goes to a very supportive member company and chapter member. The BloodCenter of Wisconsin, Inc. and Lynn Ruege, CPP received their award during the chapter's National Payroll Week Celebration at Dave & Busters in Wauwatosa, WI. The BloodCenter and Lynn are very supportive of the chapter in many ways including sponsoring a chapter meeting once year. GMC also has a special relationship with the BloodCenter, as it is also one of our charities. Members can donate blood using a special Greater Milwaukee Chapter donation number and credit is given to the Chapter account. Lynn Ruege, CPP has served on the Chapter's Audit and Statewide Conference committees.

In attendance to present the award was John B. Hiddleston's partner Timm Short and many of John's colleges from the IRS.

Congratulations to the BloodCenter of Wisconsin, Inc. and Lynn Ruege for being the first recipient of the chapter's new award.

Cindy Cichosz, CPP
Executive Board Member
