Payroll Tax Cut Extended to the End of 2012

The IRS released revised Form 941 enabling employers to properly report the newly-extended payroll tax cut benefiting 160 million workers.

Vow to Hire Heroes Act

Recent legislation adds two new categories and makes the Work Opportunity Tax Credit available to qualified tax-exempt organizations that hire qualified veterans who begin work before Jan. 1, 2013.
